From annuals, perennials, and mums to handcrafted honey, vegetable starts, and farm-fresh eggs, our family proudly serves homeowners, businesses, landscapers, and retailers throughout the region.
Tucked into the rolling hills of Bangor, Pennsylvania, Heinsohn Farms has been a local destination for home gardeners, landscapers, and honey lovers across the Lehigh Valley. Our family grows annuals, perennials, mums, and vegetable and herb starts, keeps our own bees, and raises pasture-fed livestock — everything sold here is grown, raised, or harvested right on the farm.

Beekeeping runs in the family — more than 65 years of it. We manage our own hives right here on the farm and harvest pure, raw, unfiltered honey that's never heated or fine-filtered, so all the natural pollen, enzymes, and flavor stay intact.
Beyond our classic raw honey, we craft small-batch honey infusions and specialty products in limited quantities — made with care and a commitment to quality and sustainable practices.
Our greenhouses stay full through the seasons. We grow annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, mums, vegetable starts, and herb starts — all started and tended right here on the farm.
We grow approximately 10,000 mums each year.
Every plant is available for both wholesale and retail customers, so whether you need a single hanging basket for your porch or a full order for your garden center, we can help.

We serve both wholesale and retail customers. Homeowners, landscapers, garden centers, businesses, and other retailers all count on us for high-quality plants, honey, and agricultural products — grown locally and reliably available through the seasons.

Beyond the greenhouse and hives, we raise pasture-fed chickens for fresh eggs and tend a flock of sheep and lamb. Everything is raised with attention to animal welfare, sustainability, and local food production — the way a family farm should work.
We're proud to support the people and organizations around us — schools, churches, sports teams, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and community groups throughout the region.
Each year we run spring hanging basket fundraisers and fall mum fundraisers, helping local organizations raise funds through farm-grown products. With roughly 10,000 mums grown annually, our plants also contribute to local beautification and landscaping efforts across the area.

We believe in building strong local agricultural networks. By supporting regional farmers and growers, promoting locally grown products, and strengthening the local economy, we help the whole community thrive. It's a core value that shows up in everything we do — from the greenhouse to the hive.
